New patients / Come as you are

Every first visit starts
with you.

It’s fine if it’s been a while. Tell us what brought you here, ask what you need to ask, and take the next step when you’re ready.

Your first visit

No need to have
it all figured out.

When a visit is arranged, the team explains the time to allow and the expected fee before you come in.

  1. Before you arrive

Have your medication list and details of any previous dental care available for the appointment. Bring insurance details if you want us to discuss them. You don’t need to upload any of these here.

  2. Once you’re here

We begin with your concerns and health history. The dentist explains the examination and discusses any images that may be needed. Let us know if you’d like a pause or an explanation along the way.

  3. Before you leave

We go over what we’ve found and what the options involve. You’ll have a chance to discuss costs and ask questions before agreeing to further visits.

The first conversation

What’s on
your mind?

To begin, the practice needs your name, a way to reach you, and a brief idea of what you’d like to discuss. You can mention a good time to call or an access need.

An inquiry is not a confirmed appointment. A visit would be agreed with you separately.

About this form

This is a demonstration. Nothing you enter is sent or saved by this site, and no one will contact you. Please use made-up details and leave out medical information.

Fields marked “required” are needed to try the form.

A short note is enough. Don’t include health records, payment details, or other sensitive information.

A few things you may be wondering

Before you get in touch

What if I feel nervous about a visit?

You can say so in the first conversation. Tell the team what would help, whether that’s an explanation before each step, time for questions, or talking through a way to pause.

Can I ask about fees and insurance first?

Yes. Ask the team to explain the initial visit fee, what it includes, and how insurance is handled. Further treatment is discussed and priced after an assessment; a website description isn’t a personal quote.

Do I need to choose a treatment now?

No. “I’m not sure yet” is a perfectly good starting point. The first visit helps you understand your options.
