The service desk / Repairs & upkeep
Start with
what feels off.
You know your car. We know where to look. Find a familiar symptom below, or read through the work we handle.

No part names needed.
What’s the car doing?
Brakes
“It squeals when I slow down.”
Squeaking, grinding or shaking when you brake gives us a place to start. We check the pads, discs and the rest of the braking system before recommending work.
We handle: Brake inspections, pads and discs, brake fluid service and repairs to worn braking components.
Ask about your brakesOil & routine care
“I think I’m due.”
Bring your mileage and whatever service history you have. We check your car’s maintenance schedule and help separate what is due now from what can wait.
We handle: Oil and filter changes, fluid checks, engine and cabin air filters, spark plugs and scheduled maintenance.
Plan routine careWarning lights & engine trouble
“There’s a light on the dash.”
Tell us which light you see and how the car is running. We read the fault information and test the cause; a code alone doesn’t tell us which part to replace. We agree the diagnostic charge with you first.
We handle: Check-engine-light diagnosis, rough running, stalling and engine performance concerns.
Ask about a warning lightTires & steering
“It pulls to one side.”
A vibration, a clunk over a bump or uneven tire wear can have more than one cause. We inspect the tires, steering and suspension, then explain what needs attention.
We handle: Tire rotation, puncture assessment and repair, tire replacement, alignment and worn steering or suspension parts.
Ask about tires or steeringBattery & starting
“It’s taking longer to start.”
Let us know whether you hear clicking, the engine turns slowly or nothing happens. We check the battery and charging system before deciding what needs replacing.
We handle: Battery testing and replacement, charging-system checks, starter and alternator diagnosis and repair.
Ask about a starting problemHeating & air conditioning
“The air never gets cold.”
Tell us whether the air is the wrong temperature, weak or not blowing at all. We check how the system works and look for the cause before adding refrigerant or replacing a part.
We handle: Heating and A/C diagnosis, leak checks, blower repairs and system service.
Ask about heating or A/CIs your car a fit?
We work on most gas-powered cars, SUVs and light trucks, and provide routine maintenance for hybrids. We don’t offer bodywork, diesel repair, transmission rebuilding or high-voltage battery repairs. Call with your year, make and model if you’re unsure.
Before you bring it in
A request isn’t a reserved time. We’ll confirm the visit and discuss any inspection charge first. If the car doesn’t feel safe to drive, call before bringing it in and arrange a tow if needed.
