Here’s how a visit works.

Drop off & tell us more.
Bring your keys, any service records you have and a phone number where we can reach you. Tell us when the problem happens.

We check. You decide.
We explain what we find and give you an estimate. We agree any diagnostic charge beforehand and get your approval before repairs.

Pick up with a clear picture.
We call when your car is ready, walk through the work and flag anything to keep an eye on. Ask us about anything on the invoice.
A few things before your visit.
Can I wait while you work?
Let us know when you request a visit. Some routine jobs may allow a wait, but please plan to leave the car for diagnosis or repairs. We’ll discuss timing when we confirm.
Can I leave the car after hours?
Please arrange all drop-offs during opening hours. We don’t have an after-hours key drop.
What if the car won’t make it to the shop?
Call before arranging a tow so we can agree where and when to receive the car. We don’t provide roadside assistance or a towing service.
