01 / Service businesses
Help customers describe the job.
A visitor needs to know whether you take on their kind of job. Explain the work in familiar terms, then show them how to ask for help.
Name the work you take on
Begin with the requests you hear from customers. Explain who each service is for. State useful limits so someone can tell whether to contact you before filling in a form.
Be specific about coverage
Describe the area you serve in one useful place. Keep those details consistent with your Google Business Profile. Avoid making visitors read separate copies of the same page just to check their address.
Let the work answer doubts
Show completed jobs with a short account of what you did. Add genuine reviews where they help someone assess that work. Publish credentials or warranty details only when they apply.
Match the contact to the job
Give urgent callers a visible phone link. For planned work, ask only for the details needed to discuss an estimate. Tell the customer what happens after they send the request.
