01 / Site Review

Find what’s getting in the way.

A Site Review looks at your website as a customer would. You get written notes on what works, what makes the site hard to use and which fixes to start with.

Make the offer clear

Can someone tell whether you do what they need?

Make the next step easy

Can they find a way to get in touch when they’re ready?

Know where to begin

Use the notes to choose a useful scope of work.

Tell us where to look.

Reviews start at $150. Required fields are marked *.

For example, example.com. You can leave this blank.

Tell us what the site should help customers do, even if you’re unsure what is wrong.

We’ll reply by email to agree the scope before the review is invoiced.

02 / What we check

Useful feedback. Clear priorities.

  1. 01

    What customers understand

Can someone tell what you offer and where you work? We check the page order, current details and the photos or reviews that help someone decide.

  2. 02

How they take the next step

We follow the route to a call, booking or order. We check for unanswered questions, buried links and details that differ from your Google Business Profile.

  3. 03

    How the pages work

We check the phone layout and keyboard access. We also look at forms, image sizes, speed and search information, using Lighthouse to help identify technical problems.

03 / Illustrative review example

The kind of detail that matters.

Illustrative note / Contact path

Put the booking link where the decision happens.

Imagine a service page that explains an appointment but leaves the booking link in the footer. On a phone, a customer has to scroll past unrelated information to find it.

Suggested first fix: add a clearly labelled “Book an appointment” link just after the service details.

  1. Name the obstacle

Point to the place where a customer has to work too hard.

  2. Explain why it matters

Connect the problem to what someone came to do.

  3. Suggest a useful change

Give you a next step you can discuss or put into practice.

04 / Before you send

Before you send.

Do I need to know what’s wrong?

No. Tell us what you want the website to help customers do. The review is there to find what gets in their way.

Can you review a site built elsewhere?

Yes. An existing site can be reviewed whether it needs a few changes or a rebuild.

What happens after the review?

You get a fix list and a suggested scope. We can discuss a focused update or a rebuild based on what the site needs.

How does payment work?

Site Reviews start at $150. Once the scope is agreed, the review is invoiced in full by email.
